Throughout my life I have always been passionate about health and fitness. My mindset is very different now than it was back then. I fell into the stigma that women should look a certain way and although I would get results, I missed something very important… happiness! When I started to get involved with powerlifting I quickly realized that there was so much I was limiting myself to. Powerlifting taught me that healthy, fit, and strong women come in all ages, shapes, and sizes…. and it was the most empowering thing I could have ever learned. I am now a competitive powerlifter and I absolutely love seeing more and more women stepping out of their comfort zone only to find what they are truly made of! I am a personal trainer and while I specialize in strength training, focusing on powerlifting exercises, I always cater to the needs of every client I’m working with. There is nothing more important to me than helping someone break through a barrier that once held them back. If I can be the bridge for someone in finding their inner and outer strength, gain confidence, and happiness, then I’ve accomplished what I came to do! “As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens his friend”… so let’s hit the weights and break the stigma TOGETHER!! 

When I’m not in the gym, I enjoy spending time with my three dogs and horse, scuba diving, and snowboarding with my hubby!

My training style is aimed to execute range of motion and flexibility, while improving speed & strength. Executing nutrition on the cellular level is our main focus.
