We're more than just another gym. The FORZE flagship location in White Marsh/Middle River has become one of the most recognized privately owned gyms in the Baltimore metro area. It is a thriving community with 16 trainers and 10 years of perfecting a true service based and member centric facility features.
OUR STORY
Conceptualized from a love of fitness, FORZE is a gym for the people. We created a culture of inclusion where people of all conditioning backgrounds are accommodated. All styles of weight training and exercise are supported at FORZE, something we could not find in other local and commercial facilities.
Upon entering, you'll immediately notice we redefined the fitness experience. Eliminated were the front desk and sales offices. There are no sales or marketing gimmicks, hidden charges or staff commissions.

Our unique personal and group training system allows for the area's finest independent trainers and coaches to work with clients in a non micro-managed setting. Future locations will capitalize on the many components of fitness and ancillary business partnerships that will make each FORZE location a true destination facility.
WE'RE NOT LIKE OTHER GYMS
FORZE provides a low-cost turn-key model which gives the operator increased autonomy compared to other cookie cutter franchise options. Each new FORZE will reflect the operator's personality and grit.
FORZE does not require scheduled space renovations or equipment upgrades; those decisions will be made at the operator's discretion.
What IS IT LIKE?
​Your FORZE will be your gym. As long as FORZE brand standards are maintained and the brand remains protected, it will be your business to personalize and cultivate without corporate restrictions and onerous oversight.

HOW MUCH CAN YOU PROFIT
Many variables will determine revenues and profits. Local state and municipality costs/regulations/taxes, site location (office park, corporate campus, proximity to college or military base), street visibility, rent, tenant improvement, membership price point, performance of profit centers, payroll/payroll taxes and general overhead.
Under controlled costs and expenditures, the owner's benefit can range from $65,000 to $225,000 with an average of $145,000 annually.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO START
The operator or group's net worth must be $250,000 to $500,000. Contingencies are based on local costs such as rent, build-out as well as demographics. The licensing fee for one unit is $50,000. Fees are reduced $5,000 per each additional unit.

Monthly fees paid to FORZE Territories LLC range from 5% to 7%. Operating capital availability must be a minimum of $100,000. Through its financial partners, FORZE Territories LLC will facilitate working capital financing and equipment leasing.
