Karleigh
Karleigh is a Human Resource Professional by day and a powerlifter by night. She grew up in the fitness world and couldn’t imagine her life without it. She played softball, volleyball and track throughout middle and high school. She was diagnosed with POTS (a heart condition) in her senior year of high school. She chose school and her health over continuing her sports career. In 2020, Karleigh watched her “big,” from Frostburg State University, Allison Whorton, powerlifting on Instagram [@highhamstringz], and thought it was incredible. Allison truly inspired her to start powerlifting. She began without a coach in late 2020 and asked Allison to coach her in February of 2022 - the rest is history. Karleigh is also an assistant volleyball coach for a 16U club team.

After joining, everything quickly fell into place. Outside of lifting, London is a Sophomore at Towson University majoring in Exercise Science with a minor in Business Administration.
